About Us

img_2706

Welcome to our travel blog. We are Aussies who moved to London 6 years ago for an adventure. Little did we imagine we would still be here, one mortgage and one baby later!

When we started this blog it was initially to stay in touch with friends and family, but as we travelled it has become more of a keepsake, a personal account of our travels. As Joel is a teacher and we travelled every holiday break, we also didn’t expect to struggle to stay on top of the blog. That is why you will randomly find posts appear from trips we took 3 or 4 years ago. Selecting photos is the culprit for the delay, the hard drive is bulging!

If you are interested in the following destinations, keep checking back – it is my maternity leave goal to get up to date!… Turkey, Sicily, Amalfi, Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Seville, Granada, Rhonda, San Sebastian, Spain Basque region, Morzine, WW1 battlefields of France, Lichenstein, Lake Constance, Tubingen, Malta, Marseille, Biarritz, Lakes district of Italy, Dolomites, Hiking the Adlerweg in the Austrian Alps, Berlin, Munich, Saalbach Hinterglem, Cornwall, Norway, Greek Islands, Corfu, Albania, Zermatt, Bosnia, Croatia, Rome, Cinque Terre, Florence and Venice.

If you would like travel advice on any of the places we have been, or more detailed information such as accommodation etc, please leave a comment! I love helping people with their trips!Β Or you can email us directly: lauren.wardle@gmail.com or joel.wardle@gmail.com

All our love, happy reading!
